Yes. As we are in the heart of Chester city centre there are plently close by. also there are plenty of air bnb’s to choose from. We would say the travel lodge is the closest with it being at bottom of bridge street itself (Windsor House, Pepper St, Cheshire, Chester CH1 1DF ).

Unfortunately deposits are completly non-refunable! Deposits will be lost if you no show or dont give enough notice that your artists requested if you need to rearrange. Make sure to check with your artist directly as they may have their own time frame for this. If you give enough notice your deposit can simply be transfered to a new date.

No, simply as there wont be enough room in the studio if everyone brought someone. It can also at times be an unwanted distraction to the artists. Only under certain circumstances do we allow you to bring someone i.e carer etc. Please let us know beforehand if there are any special circumstances.

Unfortunately no under 18’s are allowed to stay during the tattoo appoinment. Failing to follow this rule would result in appointment being cancelled and deposit lost.

This is down to the artist themselves. The reason this may be an issue is because there are alot of unlicensed numbing creams out there that are causing allergic reactions and chemical burns to the skin. Numbing creams can also have a negative effect to the healing of the tattoo. This would result in the session ending early and possibly having to pay for the full session.

Yes, firstly make sure to get a good breakfast, as this wiill help through the day. Also bring sugary snacks and drinks with you.
Avoid alcohol 24 hours before your tattoo as this may effect your skin and increase bleeding. If its very sunny weather on the lead up to your tattoo, try your best to keep the area out of the sun. this is because sunburnt skin can not be tattooed and could result in your appointment being cancelled and you losing your deposit.
